At Mountain Mamas Adventure, we value your commitment to adventure and community. To ensure our events remain sustainable and fair, please review our cancellation policy below regarding event registration refunds. These terms apply unless otherwise stated in the specific event listing.
1. Event Registrations
Cancellations made 45+ days before the event: Full refund less registration fee.
Cancellations made 30–44 days before the event: 50% refund less registration fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: Non‑refundable.
No-shows: Non‑refundable.
2. Organizer Cancellations
If Mountain Mamas Adventure cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
3. Transfers
Registrations may not be transferred to another participant.
